Learning & Development : Well designed curriculums organize content into meaningful clusters and levels. This allows employees to: a) completed the learning in management steps, b) build upon their learning accomplishments, and c) prioritize learning activities based on targeted areas.
Content Formatting : Most organizations have more available process documentation available for learning than the realize. The problem is that it typically exists in a wide range of formats/styles. Even formally written instructions may be created differently. Establishing a basic formatting schema for all SOP/Instructions/Documentation can help get the most out of both existing and future designe materials.
